Easy to get to and in between Bryson city and Cherokee and very close to the national park which is a huge plus for us cause we love to go try and catch a glimpse of the elk every chance we can get

It was very clean and comfortable we loved the rustic vibe and was very quiet we would definitely stay here again and the owners were very nice.

There weren't to many restaurants near by.

There was no shampoo, the walls were not insulated because room number 7 came in at 1230am and woke me up, then they were watching TV and talking of which I could hear. Curtains had holes, door and ac jams had holes, paint was peeling from walls. Furnishing were over 30 years old including the bed spread. I ended up leaving at 430 am, I will never stay there again for $100 a night, should have been 60 a night for the weekend.

"Don’t expect a Marriott but do expect to feel welcomed and appreciated. Plus a clean room with a mountain feel"

Owners. Treat you like old friends.

Property is old. However it is sparkling clean and comfortable. Bare bones but what you need for a comfortable stay. Quiet. Owners are trying to recover after Hurricane Helene. The river behind the property caused severe flooding. This couple deserves your stay so they can stay in business
