great location, convenient to Rice university, very comfortable bed, room was comfortable and clean.

The room was cleaner than i expected. I didn’t see a single bug in my room. I was given to option of up or downstairs which was surprising. Usually the hotels give you whatever they feel like giving you.

Some of the long term residents were a little nosy but didn’t bother me much.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was great.

There was drug bags outside our door and all around the parking lot. There was alot of activity in the parking lot. There was used filthy towels in our shower.

The room is very comfortable I love the smell and it's squeeky clean

Nothing it was in horrible condition and the building looked completely unfinished, the lobby had a foul odor that was unbearable and no lobby check in person was available.

Nothing about the property was comfortable, the rooms are not comfortable or good to stay in the photos on google ate not what the rooms look like in person.
