Very comfortable on the inside. Staff was amazing. Location is amazing for walking to NRG for events.

The outside is a little intimidating but staff and location makes up for everything.

Location was good only 1.5 miles from where we where going uber was cheap and walking back wasn’t that bad

Outside of property was kinda sketchy old and kinda run down. Grass growing through pavement. Glass in the parking lot just looks old and run down needs some love.

it’s an old apartment complex that just did not look safe. The picture in the profile was not what we pulled up to. Canceled and booked somewhere else.

Nothing

It was dirty, looked like an abandoned motel. Our first room was burning up, A/C had not been on for days. My whole family was drenched in sweat within a matter of minutes. We moved rooms to a cooler room but there was no weather stripping around the door with a visible 1”+ opening at the bottom of the door. Bugs, a lot of bugs. We ended up leaving and didn’t even stay the night.

Room was clean, but everything was so outdated and smelled musty.

Refrigerator was not plugged in and could not be plugged in to the outlet- so my food that needed to stay cool sat out all night. Grounds were horrible, with trash laying around the perimeter of the parking lot, and perimeter fences in disrepair. I did not feel safe staying here.

I entire building, it needs an uplift.
