Great place to stay at. Would highly recommend The staff is always nice and friendly! Super quiet place and in a beautiful town. Never had a complaint here! I've stayed here several times :)

Late check-in was a major positive. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and tidy.

Neighbours were noisy, hanging outside until late. Hard to argue that this was the motels fault of course.

Bed was to hard

Good location for our travels with good parking.

Room lacked towels and bath mat; lighting was poor. Room was upstairs which was difficult for us. Would not have booked this room if we were aware of this.

I often stay at the Gold Pan Lodge when visiting my grandkids -- it is one of only a few accommodation options in Quincy, and located in a central location just around the corner from the main street. It is always reliable, and they include a fairly decent breakfast in the price.

I have only one small suggestion: For the number of rooms at the Gold Pan, the size of their breakfast room is tiny, and breakfast always ends up being a tight squeeze, especially since the few tables are lined up end-to-end in a single row barely two feet from the window, making it difficult to get into the chairs back there without asking other guests to get up and move again and again in order to access the buffet. I do not understand why this has to the case since they appear to have a much larger dining space available right next to this one, but deny access to the additional seating in there.
