Staff friendly. Bed comfortable

No Internet in the Annex where our room was. Curtains were insufficient to keep the room dark at night. Tiny shower.

Office was efficient

Bottom of door was missing rubber or metal rim..could see the outside so I put pillows so no animals could crawl through.... Very unacceptable.. Weeds growing outside..

It was very quiet with no noisy neighbors. The breakfast was great as well.

Clean. Breakfast was nice. DVD movie library was a nice surprise. Staff was beyond awesome!

People were smoking right outside our door and talking til midnight. Then up again smoking at 5:40am. We had to keep the window shut. I suggested to the front desk that they create a smoking area away from the non smoking rooms. We felt like our room was overpriced.

After being placed in room 210 that smelled like sweat with stained carpets, a hole in the wall where the toilet paper dispenser should have been and the bathroom door didn't open all the way, stopped by the toilet, I asked to be moved to the annex and was accommodated. The new room was clean and was fine.

Staff was very polite and helpful on all are needs while we were there ,also breakfast was very good too.

would like to see handicap bars installed on the tub walls for support for elderly people.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, great breakfast, appreciated that breakfast was available at 6 a.m.
