The room was very well stocked. I enjoyed how cozy it was.

I clean vacation rentals in my spare time. The room wasn't as clean as I would have done it. There were strings and hair left in the bathroom and floors. The shower wasn't cleaned well either. Soap scum is easily cleaned with Windex and vinegar.

Good prices during the week, weekends are more but so is everyplace around Fredericksburg. We stayed properly ten times so that should mean something. Very nice value

Staff were nice and the place was spacious. Good location.

The room was generally clean enough, but the floors were sticky, so I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. The couch was old and appeared dirty. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and frequently dropped out. The walls were thin, and I could hear the neighbors throughout the night. The bed was acceptable, but the duvet was thin, so the room felt cold. The shower only stayed hot for about a minute before turning cold. If the room had been extremely cheap, these issues might have been understandable, but for the price, I don’t feel it was good value.
