"horrible, hotel has not reposded to emails about our refund."

Room was very old and felt over all dirty, toilet did nnot even work. We walked right back out when we entered the room. We still have not gotten a response from the Hotel about our refund. The pictures online DID NOT reflect the room we got AT ALL! THE HOTEL HAS NOT REPONDED TO OUR EMAILS FOR REFUND.

Pictures were a misrepresentation of the room, the room felt like it was right out of the 1970's, and felt dirty.
