Nothing, I left the same evening I checked in

Room cleanliness, safety, no deadbolts on doors, so someone tried to break into my room at 10:15 pm, front door open, no front desk staff attending, person was not at desk but in a room on the second level

Was VERY appreciative that they were so accommodating to my service Dog. She has special needs, and I was blown away by the help in keeping her hydrated with water out of their personal drinking system. My dog cannot have Softened water. My fiancé lost his pass card- they let us in without a grumble at about 2AM! I will LOOK for this Hotel when I travel. 5💫💫💫💫💫

The access in and out needs MUCH better marking.

It was clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly.

You can't judge a book by its cover. The place looked like it might not be so great from the outside. But once I went inside, I was surprised by the lovely lobby and the friendly person at the front desk. Our room was large, with a king-sized bed, table and chairs and a lounge chair. Everything was up to date and clean. The air conditioner was remote controlled and very quiet. Really a nice room. And, although not advertised, a breakfast was provided.
