Location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, pictures on the wall.
It seems to be a party place on Friday nights, yapping dogs, people slamming doors laughing and yelling at 1 am when I was trying to sleep is not a good experience for your guests.

Better than sleeping in the car.
Dead bugs inside the room on the window sill showed the room wasn’t cleaned properly. No AC, which wouldn’t be a complete deal breaker except the heavy smoker neighbors meant I couldn’t open the windows. Cheap blinds let in so much sun, the room was an oven. I had planned (and paid for) a stay of several days, but left after one night. Big waste of money.

Wen ihr als blonde Familie 100 lange schwarze Haare im Bett und im Bad finden möchtet, dann ist es eine gute Wahl. (Niemals wurde hier d durchgewischt oder die Bettlaken/Bezüge getauscht.
