Deluxe Inn Palacios

Room was clean. bed was nice, I sleep well. the chairs were nice to set in.

You controlled the AC by unplugging it or plugging it in . Bathroom light/fan need replacing. Light were low watts. door did not seal . no coffee pot in room. breakfast was honey bund and coffee.

The staff was nice. The pool looked nice.

The room smelled like Fabuloso so strong it burned my eyes. With that strong of a smell you would think the time floor would be clean, but you would be wrong. Did not even try the breakfast just looking at the lobby and the smell put me off that right away. Walked across the floor in my socks to the restroom and back and the bottom of my white socks were black. The "cable TV" included did not work. The walls and ceiling paint was chipping in large spots in several places. The toilet would not flush properly. And the bed was so bad that we left the room and drove the 3 hours to home because my wife's neck hurt her from just a couple of hours in that bed. I didn't even think to take photos of everything which is disappointing because I would really like people to see what they are getting into. I really can not believe this place is part of Hilton.

trying to check in at 10pm (when we had reservations), the counter person spent several minutes trying to fix the doorbell versus checking us in. The room has multiple spackle spots, did not have the AC running so was very hot, Had to climb on a chair to get the AC started, finally got cool about 3:30 am, but the worst aspect was the multiple dead cockroaches on the floor.

They dnt got breakfast here.

room 137 air conditioner was not working properly never could get it to cool down the room comfortably
