Deluxe Inn Palacios

The room was a really good size. Had a fridge and table. Microwave ect

The blankets were lumpy like they washed it wrong and there was a old closed up smell to the room like it needed a good airing out

Room not ready mattresses outside of the front door told is a non-smoking room which was a smoking room they supposedly said that they had deep clean for a non-smoking room which was not true smell like smoke no water at all at the whole room was not told that

I liked that there was no smoking at all also the staff was very nice and friendly

there were bugs on the bed sheet and the bathroom was not that bad

The hotel is close to everything. We came a bit early. The staff was very kind and let us check in early. It’s spacious and clean. We really had a great stay.

The only problem I had that I didn't get my cell phone charger back after I called thm the next day

Thy could have sent me my T-Mobile charger back after thy found it and told me thy would send it back.

A/C was not sufficient to keep the room comfortable.

This is the second time we stay here. Location was easily accessible to where we were needing to work. It's quiet and Pool looked like it was ready to go.

Bed was a bit to firm. And 1 creepy crawler was found. But my shoe quickly solved that issue.
