"Worst Ever! "

2.0

How discusting could it be??! Obviously, very! The smell in the reception and in our room where awful. There were hair in the sheets (hopefully from the cleaninglady, but who knows) Everything was horrible! I don’t think we’re gonna stay in Florida city ever again. We were there for a night to go out on Florida keys next day (we rented a house in Cape Coral). We left in the morning as fast as we could!

This hotel was dirty. The smell was horrible. A bunch of local workers live here so at breakfast you had to hope to get anything to eat. I would not recommend this to anyone. The price was low but not work it.

"Disgusting"

Country lodge (motel) inn in florida city, is owned by indian couples who is married. The rooms is horrible, the rooms need new wall air condition units, they only have one person for housekeeping, there's never clean towels nor clean sheets. The bathroom is not fitted to take a shower. The owner doesn't give a receipt to the customers for payment. This motel is not a motel to be staying in if you're visiting. The owners doesn't care about their customers at all. the customers paying for a nasty, disgusting piece of mess that the owners charge $59-69 by the day. The check out time is at 10:30am if you check out 5-20 mins late they will charge you for an extra day. I will not be staying at this motel again.

"One of the worst places, I ever stayed."

4.0

The bed was full of hairs. It was never clean from the previous guests. Dust on the table, lamps. Doors have holes. Kitchen unit was deadly rusted and seems never worked in the last couple of years. The room next to me flooded with bathroom water and smelling bad. Do favor yourself and do not book or go to this place.

"DID NOT STAY"

2.0

After a single call to the "motel", I can say that I would NEVER STAY HERE. I called trying to reach a "guest" and was told that only if I had the room number would they connect me. If I had a direct line to the "guest" to find out their room number, I WOULDN'T CALL THROUGH THEIR FRONT DESK. Then, the staff member (male hung up on me. When I called back, the "owner" (as she represented herself) became argumentative and refused to offer any opportunities. I finally asked whether she was CIA or NSA and guarding state secrets. I am merely trying reach a guest - not impact world politics. Where has common sense gone?????

"You get what you pay for.."

4.0

This was our first adventure as a family with our newest addition, a beautiful new baby boy. We were ecstatic to escape the mundane and venture across state lines to show our son Damien the mountains, the coast, and the ocean. Departing from a horrific snow storm in Dayton Ohio, we traveled down to south Florida, Florida City to be exact, to soak in the sun and waters. Given that we just had a baby, and my wife wasn't back to work yet, our money was very tight going into this, however I was determined to take this vacation. With a small budget I opted for the Country Lodge Inn. It had extremely reasonable rates and was within a 30 min drive to the ocean. I wasn't too worried about a crummy hotel because I anticipated the time spent in our room to be minimal. Boy was I wrong. Being new parents recovering from a 17 hour drive with a newborn left us too exhausted to truly appreciate the outdoors. Which just meant relaxation in our crummy hotel. With coastal winds and perfect temperatures they opted for no form of controlled climate for the rooms, which is perfectly fine if you don't mind hearing people yell outside all night, because you must leave your windows open. What I did mind was the very specific stain on our bedsheets. Not from food or drink, but something much more adult. And after requesting and receiving new sheets to find that they too were gross. Overall their service was bad, the cleanliness was nonexistent, and the location turned into more of an issue, than a benefit. The traffic in Florida that time of year was hideous(which is expected, but I had no idea HOW bad). But for 40 shillings a night, and late booking, I suppose it could've been worse..

"Don't Go There!!!"

2.0

I will start with the positive aspects, since it will be much shorter. 1- Free Wi-fi in room with good signal. 2- Free Parking. 3- Well working air-conditioner. Okay, so here it is for all the negative aspects. 1. The lobby is small, doesn't smell good. The desk girl was wearing a pajamas and was always on the cellphone, even while serving us. 2. The room was terribly dirty and it stank. - There were brown and yellow spots on the blankets. - There were pieces of food on the nightstand. - There were footsteps on the floor. - There were a bunch of dead bugs, including on the towels. - There were a lot of pubic hair in the bathroom. - The last and not the least: There were many big spots of sperm on the wheel chair! In short, I would never recommend that room to anybody, since you can pay a few more dollars to get a very clean room right across the street that include a good breakfast. If you really want to try it (why?), I would suggest to ask to see the room first before paying. Indeed, 5 minutes after entering the room, my girlfriend and me asked for a refund since we would never sleep in that room. We couldn't get refunded, so we just left and went to another hotel..
