The accommodations and both aquatic facilities were excellent, and the children thoroughly enjoyed their time in the pools.

The bedding provided was not entirely satisfactory, as the mattresses were somewhat firm and the pillows lacked sufficient support. We acknowledge that our preferences regarding sleeping accommodations are quite specific.

Location, staff was awesome! They told us of an pending sale, hope the new owners are as good as the current team.

Staff was amazing!!!! Really easy check in, rooms were clean, easy to find the hotel, and right in the middle of town!

Only 1 ceiling light in the room and it was very dim. Sign isnt lit up which makes it hard to find at night

"Sink full of someone’s shavings when we checked in, floor dirty , never entered our room to clean ."

Room was dirty. Nothing worked( door lock broken, phone broken, remote falling apart,microwave wrong plate inside)
