Colonial House Motel

The motel was great. Room was clean. Housekeeping was on top of supplying us what we needed. It had 2 pools both were great.

I liked it all

Great location for my itinerary, good value on room fees. This has been my regular accommodations for several years as I prefer being at the south end of the Parkway and it has never been overly busy in my usual September visits.

I have stayed here probably 8-10 times and have always found the rooms comfortable and really enjoyed the pool. This time I was very disappointed with the elimination of the included breakfast. The voucher for Regan’s Pancake house is not an acceptable replacement. Not everyone wants pancakes every day over an extended stay. I will stay elsewhere in the future. Sorry, but you have lost me. There are plenty of options available.

Location was very good, tub was large and worked well

Bed was uncomfortable and room was filled with hair, especially the bathroom and on the bathroom door, sheets had a pinkish stain that did not get treated it seems, the rest of the lining on bed was perfect, just expected more based on the reviews and property score

Price was great and nice balcony scene in 219 of the creek, peaceful.

Location the pools

The rooms were out of date. Beds were hard as rocks, and they were no smoking rooms.
