A 48-hour advance registration is required by Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers under Special Requests box. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise. Please note that cruise itineraries, activities and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Refund policies are to communicate directly with the property. Guests with any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian resources, food allergies, religious restrictions, etc.) are requested to inform the cruise at least 7 days before departure.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "I had a lot of fun with the activities and an overall enjoyable, comfortable experience!"

The boat was large, clean, and comfortable, with many spaces both indoors and outdoors to hang out and relax. The food was absolutely delicious as well. Moreover, many fun activities, from kayaking to swimming to biking to spring roll making, were planned for the guests. I had a lot of fun - thank you, Unicharm!

Crociera bellissima nella baia di Lan Ha. Le camere erano molto pulite, il personale ci ha trattati benissimo e ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati per tutto il soggiorno. Ottima organizzazione, atmosfera rilassante e panorama spettacolare.

Nulla di rilevante da segnalare. L’esperienza è stata molto positiva dall’inizio alla fine.

Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans aun endroit féerique avec la bienveillance du personnel surtout celle de M. Pham Binh qui était très professionnel, très accueillant et qui nous expliquait tout. Merci beaucoup à M. BINH.

Visita alla zona della baia meno turistica. Orari per le attività ( mattina presto per l'escursione in bici senza altri turisti). Cucina buona, varia e attenta alle eventuali esigenze. Molte attività organizzate.

Andrebbe specificato meglio il livello delle attività (soprattutto in caso di bambini) Sarebbe ottimale avere acqua fresca durante i pranzi.

"Wonderful cruise tour"

We prefer small group tour, that's why we took this 3D2N tour. Victor, our tour guide really did a good job in taking care of us. There were kids on the cruise and he did extra effort in taking care of them, even during hiking. He explained our itinerary in details during the trip, making sure that we are well-informed. He took us for kayaking, swimming, biking and hiking. Staff are very friendly too. On the cruise, Tony also took care of the passengers. My mother needs hot water every day and they even made effort to boil some for her. Food is always more than enough and delicious. They serve fresh oysters, clams, squids and shrimps. They can arrange pickup from Hanoi on the first day of the trip, which is convenient for us. It's $20/pax/round trip. Fee is paid on the bus. Unicharm deducts payment from credit card that you entered for booking for the tour on the day of the trip. Overall, we had a wonderful trip with Unicharm. We leff by waving happily to the staff on the cruise who sent us off. That's how happy we are. Definitely recommended.

"Correcto para un par de días"

La habitación estaba muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario. Se disfruta del descanso con las vistas.

Entorno un poco masificado, nos dejaron atrás en una actividad si no puedes seguir el ritmo que marcan los guías. A pesar de indicar un menú con intolerancia al gluten, la tripulación no sabía indicar si algo llevaba o no y había pocas opciones alternativas en este sentido.
