UniCharm Cruise

Die Kabinen waren gut und sinnvoll ausgestattet. Die angefahrenen Plätze waren ruhig und ohne andere Schiffe. Die Aktivitäten für unsere kleine Gruppe waren gut organisiert und ebenfalls ohne Massen (Kajak, Trekking, Radfahrt). Zudem konnten wir am Schiff ins Wasser springen und Squid fischen. Besonderen Dank an unseren freundlichen, aufmerksamen englischsprachigen Guide Mr. Binh. Er hat bereits vorab mit uns Kontakt gehabt und uns bei der Organisation der Anreise unterstützt und auch bei der Abreise. Er hat uns durch das Programm und die Aktivitäten begleitet und dabei individuelle Bedürfnisse gut berücksichtigt.

Ghidul nostru, Victor, a fost foarte atent, sociabil si ne-a povestit multe lucruri interesante. De asemenea, activitatile au fost foarte frumoase ( mersul cu kayak ul si mersul cu bicicleta pe insula) si nu au fost facute superficial. Mancarea si facilitatile au fost foarte bune. De asemenea, traseul este foarte frumos si evita zonele aglomerate de turisti.

The cruise was amazing, the rooms were spacious and clean. The food was incredible and the catered to all requirements. The route taken by the boat is away from all the other cruises so it is extremely tranquil. Louis was a brilliant guide that was funny, informative and helpful. The kayaking was incredibly beautiful and so was the bike ride. All the staff are super kind and welcoming.

The bedroom was lovely as was the restaurant food. Our tour guide Binh was really helpful and friendly and the activities- kayaking, trek in the national park, caves and biking were good fun

All aspects. The vessel, staff, food, activities were all excellent & authentic. Special thanks to our guide Binh who totally looked after us for the entire time.

La grande fenêtre de la chambre pour admirer le paysage Le lieu où le bateau jette l’ancre le soir qui est très tranquille Les repas sous forme de buffet mais très qualitatif Les activités (kayak et visite de Cat Ba) L’équipe (celle du bateau et celle en charge des activités, merci Louis) L’organisation générale qui fait en sorte que les clients soient repartis en petits groupes donc on ne se sent jamais étouffé

Het was een geweldige ervaring in het mooie Lan Ha Bay. We lagen s nachts op een mooie rustige plek , ver van de drukker Ha long bay. Wat een rust om te genieten. De activiteiten waren ook heel leuk , vooral het kajakken was top. Onze gids Tiger was zeer bekwaam en zeer zorgzaam. Hij verwende ons met flesjes water tijdens de bus rit van het hotel naar de boot en ook tijdens de activiteiten zoals de hike op Cat Ba eiland.Ook op de kleinere boot die ons naar de activiteiten bracht kregen we drinken en een snack. Tiger is heel fier op zijn land en dat vertelde hij ook heel graag Ik zou deze boot iedereen aanraden.Ook het eten was heel lekker. Bedankt aan heel de bemanning van de Unicharm die heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam zijn .Een top team.

We have the best crew onboard! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! Food was yummylicious. The tours were impressive. What was the most outstanding is our guide Tiger. He made sure everything was perfect for us! My husband is a cancer patient with neuropathy but Tiger made sure he was able to participate with kayaking and biking with safe measures and watch care so he was able to enjoy. Am not a sporty person and hardly bikes so Tiger made me ride with him on his motorbike so i can enjoy and join the tours. We will do this again with our family members.
