Cruise itinerary & schedule are subject to due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Excursion boat will be used during the 2nd day for deeper exploration of the day. Cabin allocation aboard remains unchanged. Swimming, kayaking, bamboo boat activities may be canceled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund. Meals aboard are fusion: Vietnamese food, International food, seafood and vegetarian menu are available for request. Guests should advise any special food preferences, allergic or dietary requirements at least 2 days prior to the cruise date. 3-day advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number & visa expiry date for all passengers. Upon check-in on boat, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parents’ passport , must be accompanied by said parents. Special requests are subject to availability, additional charge may be applied. Rates are not inclusive of transportation from Hanoi to Halong or against, from Halong back to Hanoi. Please contact cruise directly for more details about suitable type of transfer, cost, time & pick-up point. Contact details can be found on confirmed booking. For the pick-up service, guests must provide clear address for pick up at least 1 day before cruise departure.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Absolutely fantastic. Staff went above and beyond and so so friendly! We had kids and they helped cater dinner towards their preferences which I wasn't expecting and was very grateful for. An awesome itinerary, run very efficiently! Highly recommend this tour

"Gutes Schiff mit nettem Personal in überfüllter Bucht"

Das Perdonal war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Das Abendesden war sehr gut und auch die Cocktails auf dem Oberdeck haben geschmeckt. Ausflüge und Aktivitäten waren inklusive (Höhlenbesichtigung, Strandaufenthalt Kajsk fahren, etc). Der Sonnenuntergang vom Oberdeck war toll.

Generell muss man wissen, dass ein solcher Cruise eine Massenveranstaltung mit noch ganz vielen anderen Cruise Gesellschaften ist. Daher sind die Aktivitäten einfach wirklich sehr überfüllt. Dafür kann Athena nichts, aber man sollte es wissen. Ich persönlich würde zwar wieder mit Athena fahren, aber nicht nochmal die Halong Bucht als Cruise machen. Eine Übernachtung reicht.

Personalas labai paslaugus ir malonus. Suorganizavo gimtadienio sveikinimą. Kajutė erdvi, lovos ir pagalvės super patogios. Maistas taip pat skanus ir didelis jo pasirinkimas. Maloniai nustebino vėliavėlės ant stalo. Visą dieną trunkantis užimtumas.

Laivas plaukia apie valandą į įlanką ir išmeta inkarą. Norėjosi ilgesnio plaukimo. Naktį laivas taip pat niekur neplaukia. Iš tiesų, turėtų vadintis ne kruizas, bet nakvynė laive. Gėrimai nėra įskaičiuoti į kainą.

Bij de haven werden we opgewacht en netjes begeleid. Super mooie kamers, bedden lagen heerlijk. Douche was goed warm. Het personeel was netjes en vriendelijk en spraken goed Engels. Het eten was echt heel erg lekker. Vooral het 7 gangen diner. Cocktails smaakte ook erg goed en betaalbaar. Dit moet je een keer meegemaakt hebben! We vonden het jammer dat we maar 1 nacht geboekt hadden..

Jacuzzi op het dek was koud, maar werkte wel. Het is jammer dat je niet heel veel vaart en vooral op 1 locatie blijft.
