The Paradise Legacy appears to be recently renovated, offering modern and clean facilities. It is truly a hotel on water providing comfort and relaxation after excursion activities. Water pressure is more than adequate allowing for a relaxing shower after coming in from a hot and humid outdoor. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The food onboard is EXCELLENT!! They offer breakfast buffets and set menu for dinner.

WiFi is only available in the restaurant level. The signal doesn’t reach the cabins.

The facilities are super modern, well taken care and clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. The activities are fun and we had a great time. You get to enjoy the great views of the Halong Bay, both from the cruise ship as well as from the visits to the islands. 5*

Le excursions sont rapides et laisse peu de et temps pour apprécier la nature. Nous pourrions avoir plus de temps libre pour profiter du paysage

Beautiful boat

Service was excellent but the food was tricky if you are vegan. I had a meeting with the chef and we sent an email in 2 weeks prior to our stay. I had to advise what I could eat but it was all just the same old same old … I watched people being served unbelievable meals and decorated to a high standard whilst I got a veg curry slapped into a dish no decorative addition …. People received desserts to die for whilst I got a lump of watermelon on a plate … we had a beautiful room but unfortunately the sheets were damp and so sleeping was most uncomfortable. I hate to moan and I did speak face to face with the manager who was very helpful. At breakfast my food was beautifully presented as I’d discussed things the night before but I was faced with 6 dishes for breakfast and it was massively overpowering as I just couldn’t eat even one of the dishes. If you are a meat eater then this cruise is faultless so hats off to the chef who is excellent but he had limited supplies to work with for me so he can’t be blamed as he didn’t have the tools !!!

The layout of the boat is not nice. Problem with a/c in our room, no clean water for hours. Staff is not so friendly.

Great rooms, clean and comfy. Food had a great variety and views from the cruise were great.

The cruise felt touristy (which was expected) but also felt very rushed. We didn’t have enough time for the activities
