The staff were very friendly and polite, especially our guide Popeye. Loved his singing! The karaoke on the roof deck was fun and all the activities. Food was delicious and good quantity.

Could use a filter water instead of bottles. Too much plastic in the sea.

The rooms were really nice. We had a balcony The food was delicious. The time of 1 night is enough. The tour guide Huu, was reall ynice and helpful. Great activities, kayak, short trek and caves

The bus from and to Hanoi were included so to go somewhere else after you wasted the "free" return. The bus should be excluded from the price. Also the bus stopped in a super touristy place and we lost some useful time. I would have liked to wake up later in the morning and enjoy more the room and start the day at 8.30 instead than at 6.50

Simple but sufficiently equipped cabin. Great meals. Staff are all courteous and helpful.

Pressing schedule. No clear instruction for the daily programme. Due to the logistics, no passengers are allowed to stay on board all day.

A relatively good cruise in the Ha Long bay. A lot of activities to do are included such as kayaking, visiting pearl factory, caves, etc. Staff were generally friendly & food was fine.

Boat is a bit old & room facilities need maintenance. Activities are compacted in short time so we didn't have enough time for each activity. All kind of drinks (water, soft drinks, etc.) are not included in the price. They asked to pay 3% extra for paying using cards. On last day, lunch was provided at 10:30 am before leaving the boat at 11 am & the bus that took us back to Hanoi was delayed for an hour & arrived late at Hanoi at 5 pm so better to keep some snacks with you for the road.

2 nights on cruise, last night at Cat Ba Island, hotel was ok and comfortable. But room on cruise was excellent! Should have booked in Vietnam 🇻🇳. Drinks extra. Excellent staff and food. Tour guides was brilliant, always informative.

Evenings could be more active although there was karaoke and squid fishing. Would prefer to stay three nights on boat.

Friendly staff, very good food. Trip was awesome. I would definitely recommend Halong Bay Fantasea. It’s well worth the price
