The Eden Lodge Verulam

The room was big enough but there was no hot water in this winter weather. The room was not prepared prior to our arrival so we had to wait

The fact that there was no hot water and the furniture is worn out badly

Everything was horrible there if the welcoming was not good ,rooms and linen were dirty and smelling

Nothing honestly, Iv never been that uncomfortable ever in my entire life.

There were shady people moving around the property, don’t know if it was their security or what or as a girl who doesn’t even speak the language there I felt so unsafe I couldn’t even sleep there

Just that it’s in town

I liked the sheets on the bed. The security were so nice to us

The place is very dirty, we couldn't even take pictures outside. The water was cold. The staff even told us that the door is making noise, n it's worse because that door makes noise when we open it We asked for extra towel because we were sharing the room,but we didnt get it. I think the host should also put the pictures of lodge outside because we were also shocked when we get here.

I left within 2 hours. Furniture was falling apart. Sheets were not clean. This looked like a place where u take a prostitute for 2 hours. It' should not be on booking.com
