Nothing at all . Disappointed in everything

Everything. 1. Was a mission to find the place . Location leaves you at the main road while you are supposed to turn left and go to the back , no sign whatsoever. When you call no answer 😭 2. When u enter , from ground steps its dirty and the whole place just smells cigarettes it’s like someone was smoking inside 😭 3. Reception, there’s no one, they don’t even answer the phone . The lady is rude , even the manager is rude 😭 4. When I arrived there was no hot water 😭 5. It’s behind shopping centre, heavy aircons running all night making noise 6. It’s more like a brothel, it does 2 hour bookings

The place looks very dodgy i did not even sleep there i just paid and never slept there. The area were the place is located also is very busy

I did not like anything about that place.

The lady at reception is nice unlike the working staff who are rude af

I liked everything since I kept my distance from the cleaning ladies and spoke to the lady at reception. My previous stay was horrid because of them.

Some Indians knocked in my room and asked if I'm available I don't know what's going on there or some people are selling

The location, and being able to book easily

The room was not cleaned throught our stay (no change of bedding, towels, etc). The excuse was it was due to loadshedding. The staff doing the laundry were not polite when being asked questions on how the service works (when iy comes to cleaning the room), the lady said you must leave the keys, when being asked who we should give it to she egnored my partner. The shouting in the passage by staff at start of shift. I know its staff because our door was directly opposite the laundry. There was an attempt to open the at one instance early in the morning. The tv was not working.
