"Ein luxuriöses Naturerlebnis!"

Das Essen war hervorragend. Vom Pool hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf einen See und mit Glück sitzt ein Nilpferd keine 10 Meter entfernt dösend im Wasser.

Die Lodge ist wunderschön angelegt – die Lage im Wald, direkt am Wasser, ist einfach traumhaft. Alles ist sehr sauber, das Personal beeindruckt mit außergewöhnlicher Freundlichkeit und das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die ganztägige Bootstour – ein echtes Highlight.

Die Zelt-Unterkünfte könnten eine Renovierung vertragen.

"Great food, lovely location."

Food was very good, staff very helpful and welcoming. We did a self-drive trip to the Kosi Mouth - beautiful! And the picnic lunch we had was really great - perfect wraps! Also enjoyed having dinner around the fire on our second evening.

Unfortunately the extremely rainy weather over the previous days and the windy weather on arrival meant that we couldn't do the raffia forest walk (too muddy) or the canoeing or boat trips / snorkeling (too windy). This wasn't the lodge's fault of course but was disappointing. The self-drive suggested to the Kosi Mouth made up for it though.

"Kosi hideaway!"

Incredible setting and venue. Food was outstanding. Well done Chef! Outdoor shower and bath, great touch Cocktails by the pool at 5pm...fun!

Luckily it was quite rainy when there but if it had been clear skies, we would have needed aiircon or minimum overhead fan in bedroom.

"Fantastic high quality eco friendly lodge with very friendly staff"

Fantastic location. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The houses are in the bush and well equiped. There is an excellent kitchen and a real private 3 course diner next to a fire in the middle of nature is unforgettable. The extra excursion to Kosi bay mouth was very good. This is a top eco friendly lodge!
