The Tsitsikamma Pyramid

Very comfortable accommodation where you feel inside the forest, but at the same time you are close to the main house, where they offer an amazing dinner and breakfast. In addition, they also arrange activities such as a quad bike tour. The staff is also very kind!

The pyramid was well equipped. Gas braai, air conditioner, hot donkey burner bath, TV, comfortable bed. Cutlery etc great for picnic basket options. Overall amazing vista from the restaurant. The various picnic baskets offerings were great. Breakfast in the restaurant was fair.

Nikki promised to send menus etc which did not happen. The lights did not work in the pyramid until staff called. Netflix did not work as the complex password was incorrect. The braai basket was great except for the garlic bread which was inedible. No ice in fridge or supplied with wine and drinks. Unique experience however staff need to focus on a host of small things that make a difference to the overall package especially at the price charged.

Unique experience in a glass pyramid sleeping under the stars. At times the monkeys would come to visit and climb over the roof. When the cloud cleared the views were excellent ! Had great fun driving the buggy to/from the main building.

Inside of the pyramid could have been a little cleaner but we appreciate that it is difficult to control the level of insects. Once you are inside with your suitcases, the room felt a little cramped . Can we suggest that the 'hollow' TV stand is fitted with an additional shelf. The Air Conditioner unit was installed very close to one side of the bed and could feel a little cold on that side in the middle of the night - would suggest the A/C is moved higher up into the roof , perhaps behind the bed ?
