O riad teve overlooking e tentaram colocar-nos noutro riad sem que nos apercebessemos do que estava a acontecer. Nunca nos explicaram nada. Além disso, tinha de pagar 9€ taxa turismo e cobraram 12€.

Dès l' arrivée Hassam s' est offert pour aller nous accueillir où le taxi nous laisse à la Médina pour ne pas,, nous perdre, nous a accueilli avec thé et nous a offert des activités à faire. Déjeuner délicieux, satisfaisant. Beau hôtel, propre , bien décoré. Super bien situé pour les attractions. Personnel gentil et aidant .

The property is incredible in a beautiful old riad which is very well maintained and the rooms feel like you are in a palace. The staff is VERY nice and help you with everything you may need. Breakfast is amazing! The location is great close to the old Medina and only a taxi ride away to the mella or the norjd view points. Definitely an amazing choice to stay in the magical Fes! Overall awesome stay (with a few negative things I will mention below).

Someone working at the property offered us parking which they made us pay for which ended up being street parking that should have been free (it felt like the guy working there had a connection with the person supposedly “watching over” our car but obviously no one was watching over our car and it was a scam. A tour was offered to us for 500DH (a lot in morroco but we were willing to pay) of the old city. The tour was amazing at first with a very charming and aparently knowledgeable tour guide but about half way through the tour the tour guide started taking us to venues where it was VERY obvious we were getting harrased to purchase something and they were trying to guilt us into spending crazy money on things we did not need. When we finally told the tour guide that we weren’t going to buy any of the overpriced stuff he said no no that’s not the purpose it’s just for the experience and then continued to take us to places he clearly had a deal with that he would get commission from. When he saw we weren’t going to buy anything he seemed very disappointed and asked if we wanted to end the tour. We still tipped him QUITE A LOT in morrocan terms and he had the nerve to tell us it wasn’t enough didn’t thank us and walked away. The tour was set up by the hotel…. Apart from these two dissapointing things it really is an amazing hotel with a VERY nice owner that is very very helpful and loving.

disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel, amabilité de tous, sourires, ils sont prêt à répondre à vos "exigences, à vos envies, quand ils ont pas ils se débrouillent pour avoir. Fraicheur de l'établissement, leurs repas sont tous à découvrir.

le non respect de certains voyageurs (d'Asie) qui débarquent la nuit sans se soucier des autres,
