Our room was on the ground floor, right next to the restaurant so it was noisy. No air circulation in our room, no good lightning in the bathroom.

We had a very positive stay at Riad Fez Iline and really appreciated the kindness and support we received. The food was excellent, and the riad itself has a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere that made it a lovely place to return to after busy traveling days. Hassan was very helpful with our luggage and with organizing our Sahara tour and transportation arrangements, which we appreciated. The driver Abdul that drove us all the way to Merzouga and the driver Rachid that drove us all the way back to Fez were both outstanding! We also want to especially thank the manager, Saäd (I hope I’m spelling that correctly), for taking our concerns seriously and helping resolve an issue that came up during our trip. As two women traveling with 2 special needs children, it meant a lot to feel listened to and supported, and his help made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We also really appreciated that the owner, who is his brother, personally called to apologize after everything was resolved. That meant a lot to us and showed genuine care. What stood out most to us was the kindness shown to my daughter Jasmina who has DS. Everyone was incredibly patient and warm with her. They made her feel completely welcome, and she was absolutely delighted when they even brought her four pizzas from Pizza Hut. At one point she accidentally broke a glass while playing, and no one made her feel bad about it at all. That level of kindness and understanding meant so much to us. Thank you for your hospitality! We truly appreciated our stay.
