Close to main streets, beautiful courtyard, lovely terrace.

Bed wasn’t comfortable - worn out mattress and the double is just two singles together. Noisy as the room opens directly onto the courtyard. Be aware the toilet is in the same space as the bed but just with a privacy screen. Lock doesn’t feel very secure, barely closes.

Ruime centrale ruimte waar ontbijt en diner was. Ontbijt was goed.

Ontzettende mooie en grote riad. Personeel had wel wat vriendeljker mogen zijn.

Personeel minder vriendelijk dan we gewend zijn in Marokko.

Ligging is erg goed, je loopt zo de riad in. De eetruimte is mooi en sfeervol.

Personeel was ongeïnteresseerd, bij het boeken van een rit naar chefchaouen werd ons een veel hogere prijs afgegeven dan vooraf in de mail afgesproken. Dat vonden we erg jammer, en het voelde dat we werden opgelicht door ons eigen hotel.

Location is handy, close to Batha fountain/square

Few staff members were not friendly and just hanging around. Also not always someone available, also not a bell or number to call. Breakfast no one available/no breakfast at the time they said breakfast was available, kitchen seemed closed, it took 45 m to get breakfast, which was less quality and quantity than day before. Dorthy table cloths. Molt in bathroom, water ballet because of a sink problem. Need to hold the shower in one hand, no curtain so everything in bathroom is wet. Hard beds. Lights not working or the switch behind bed board. One window of 30-30cm in room. No curtain. Ac controller without working battery.

Beautiful riad and accommodation

The check in process was a pain. The room booked was not ready because the heater was broken, hence I was given a different hotel nearby which was super super cold even with blankets at night and poor heating. I was not able to shower because it was too cold.

Le Riad est magnifique, la chambre spacieuse et les lits confortables. L’emplacement est très bien aussi.

Pas de taxi à notre arrivée à l’aéroport pourtant réservé à l’avance avec le Riad. Ce service est néanmoins pas très utile car des chauffeurs de taxi vous attendent à l’aéroport pour un prix très correct. La chambre, bien que très belle, avait une salle de bain avec des odeurs nauséabondes très fortes. Pas de tapis de bain fourni, ni de verres et sèche cheveux. Pas de crochets pour accrocher nos serviettes. Le personnel n’est pas très sympathique sans être désagréable pour autant. Petit déjeuner ne pouvant pas être servi sur la terrasse, dommage !

De riad is prachtig, de kamers zijn net kunstwerkjes. Hele fijne locatie dichtbij een leuk stuk van de medina. Vriendelijke mensen!
