The place is clean, well-designed, with two hot springs (each has both an indoor and outdoor bath), there’s wifi and parking, friendly, helpful and polite staff and great value for money. 24-hour convenience store and cafes nearby as well as a bus and train station

There’s only one thing I can mention that can be improved: when a customer who has breakfast only paid arrives after a very long journey, it would be nice if the hotel could make dinner if the customer is willing to pay. Other than that, everything was excellent
