Questo ryokan tradizionale è situato in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale non lontano dalla fermata dell'autobus e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. La Signora che lo gestisce è gentilissima e sempre molto disponibile oltre che un'ottima cuoca che ci ha preparato una colazione ricchissima e gustosa. La stanza è ampia e consente di potersi sistemare con tutta tranquillità, i futon sono comodi e il bagno è spazioso. Una struttura davvero autentica dove ci si sente davvero a casa!

The moment you arrive is a big smile welcoming you into Miako's (unsure of spelling sorry) home. Good to remember you are staying in a home, not the Hilton hotel. You are in a very quiet residential neighbourhood, which was an absolute positive for me. I highly recommend an e-bike for getting around as you can experience more of your surroundings, historical back lanes and easily get away from masses of tourists in the centre of town. Highly recommend going to main areas early in the morning before they arrive, you have the town practically to yourself. Word of warning, be prepared for one of the best breakfasts you may have experienced. I recommend the Japanese breakfast. I also requested dinner the night before and was not disappointed. Before retiring Miako (unsure of spelling sorry) ran a cooking school, a little insight into the quality of food you will experience. On check out was the same beautiful smile seeing you off. If you would like to experience a night or two in a traditional Japanese house with a wonderful host and not a generic hotel, this one is for you. If you are an influencer and need everything light ring perfect, probably best to stay at home.

Very clean, typical Japanese house in a quiet street, very friendly owner who prepared a very tasty breakfast. You have a choice of Japanese or western style breakfast
