家族4人で角部屋お部屋でしたが、光がいっぱい入る諏訪湖を一望できる快適なお部屋でした。 温泉も清潔に保たれており、露天風呂含めて気持ちよく使わせていただきました。 諏訪湖が目の前なので、早起きして湖畔をするのも気持ちがよかったです。 今回は素泊まりでしたが次回機会があったらお食事もいただきたいです。

Traditional hotel yet well maintained Good onsen and good size room Get the view on Suwa lake it’s stunning A bit far from the station (10-15 min) so chose a cab if you have heavy luggage - but easy to access

Friendly staff, welcoming and engaging with guests. Might need polishing as to how to welcome non-Japanese. I spoke Japanese all the time but staff kept talking to me in English. Adaptability to each guest is important. That’s just a bit point to improve but still enjoyed my stay!

Breakfast and dinner in Japanese style were great. Services were superb. Lake view is so nice.

Onsen is a bit old but it is okay.
