Beautiful lake view from my spacious room. Dinner and breakfast was so delicious and the staff very friendly. Free coffee and tea station which is perfect after the use of the onsen.

"諏訪湖が見れて，花火も上がり，従業員の対応も良かった"

清潔感があった。 部屋が快適であった。 静かであった。 諏訪湖のすぐ近くで良かった。 花火がちょうどあり，従業員さんの説明もありありがたく思った。

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y con una mini terraza interior. Los futones súper cómodos. El onsen grande, espacioso y la parte de fuera es preciosa y se puede uno relajar ahí. Está separado por sexos y no se puede entrar con tatuajes. Hay parking así que es muy cómodo el llegar y dejar el coche en la puerta. El hotel tiene el lago enfrente y las vistas son espectaculares.
