Excellent location in terms of the view and access to the lake, but it is a bit away from most of the restaurants and activities, and a bit away from the station. I loved the room, and the onsen was incredible. Highly recommend, I just should have taken a taxi to the hotel so my luggage didn't get all muddy on the bottom (it was raining a bit).

It is a bit of a walk from the train station, and the bus doesn't run that frequently. I should have just gotten a taxi, but the walk was beautiful.

Comfortable Japanese style room and a good public bath. The lounge space was very nice and had a view of the lake. The breakfast was great and we'll priced. Just a short cab ride or 20min walk from the station and direct access to the running/bike path around the lake.

The family room with indoor osen bath is great. Very clean and spacious with Japanese style. They have both beds and futons. The staff are really nice, very Japanese traditional *omotenashi*.

There aren’t many restaurant or coffee shop near the hotel. Even combini. You have to walk around 10 minutes to get to the nearest convenient store. So the option for dinning out is limited.

Great location. Walkable from the Kamisawa train station and right opposite Lake Sawa. Walking distance to some restaurants and convenience stores, laundry mat. Traditional breakfast included in our stay and amazing onsen facilities.

Beautiful facilities and location

The private bath in the room was exceptional, plus the dinner was delicious. The beds were really comfortable. The staff treated us very warmly. It really shows that they care about every detail. Really one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.
