Towa Ryokan

Die Unterkunft stellte alles dar, was man sich unter einem traditionellen Ryokan vorstellt und lies trotzdem dezent keine Wünsche offen. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt. Das Personal war kompetent und sehr freundlich. Es war perfekt. Ich kann die Unterkunft, auch von der Lage, der Atmosphäre und wenn man die Traditionen liebt und würdigen kann, sehr empfehlen.

It was an outstanding experience. The whole Team is absolutely amazing. We also booked the Kaiseki Dinner, which was stunning. And the japanese breakfast was really tasty as well. Would absolutely recommend staying there!

Breakfast was good value and quality location was decent but still a walk to any bus routes staff was very helpful full private bath and toilet Onsen was decent and at 24 hours you can go at odd hours to get it all to yourself

Wifi was slow dinner was good but the value? maybe i'll have to try other kaiseki style meals to find out, maybe it was perfect for its price. no view, its a multi floor building so no small garden to look at.

Our suite was amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very filling, visually appealing, and so delicious.

Kyoto is wonderful, good location 10min walk from Kyoto station. Traditional breakfast was the best! The parsonel was very kind! The hot tub was nice!

The in-room dinner experience could have been better. We weren’t prepared for the Sukiyaki setup in the room. The food itself was delicious, but for this price range, the overall experience could have been better organized.

No complaints. Nice spacious room, great breakfast. Staffs were probably the best part of this stay.

Sink in toilet was a bit too small to wash my hands. That’s probably the only complaint.
