Location was great

The room we had some soft spots in the floor and the bathroom exhaust fan did not work.

Vial, dirty, unsanitary, called bbb and health department. The pictures online were not even close to what we checked into. Manager won’t return calls, they even charged my card before I arrived and before I checked out.

It was nice to be directly on the beach. Room was clean.

Going up the steep steps to get to our room. Room was dated. Some furniture flimsy. Rusty sink faucets. Closet door stuck shut.

Being right there on the beach, and being able to walk right on the beach from the steps

The floor in the room is getting ready to fall though. Room 210. Sand on the floor. In the room. Sand on the floor wasn't that big of a deal, but first night there you would think, maybe a few days of being there having sand on the floor, not first day. If I would have push on the floor by the bed I could have feel though. over 3 hundred dollars for this room??? I just don't see it. Sorry.

Loved the fact we were right on the ocean. We didn’t have to walk to the beach it was right there!

At our ages the stairs were challenging.
