We never saw one staff member, however the place was spotless, comfortable and quiet.

The lighting in the bedroom was dull and there was no mirror in there??

Where it was for our purposes

The unit smelt of stale cigarettes and it went through our belongings. And when you sat on the couch you went to the base. Tarriff was the same as a an upmarket hotel in Brisbane city!

Room was clean. Cannot comment on the Staff as no one was there when we arrived 15 mins before the reception closed.

Very noisy fan in bathroom, no place really to put you toiletries in the bathroom, no staff around to check in .just a message telling me where the key to the room was. Definitely not luxury as the name says and not really good value for money,
