Big room. Clean. Convenient location.

Having someone in reception during regular hours is always more pleasant than a text with key location.

We were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness. We liked the communications from the motel prior to our arrival about which room to go to and where the key was to be found as there was no staff on duty. The first room we booked was not available because the AC was not working. It was good we were moved before arrival.

The lounge was very uncomfortable, It was very low and soft. Impossible to get out of on your own. The bedside lamps were useless for reading in bed. Too small and low. There was nowhere in the bathroom to put your toiletries in a handy position. Nowhere in the shower to hold your soap. We had stipulated we wanted easy access with no stairs as I have very poor mobility. There were steps in the concrete paths which I find difficult to negotiate with or without handrails A lot of disabled people would do so. We arrived at 4.30 pm and left at 8.30 am. We saw noone else in that time. Felt strange. We didnt like the instructions to wash your own dishes and take rubbish to bins at the front of motel. We wondered how well the dishes were washed by previous customers.
