"清潔感の欠如"

料金が安いのはありがたいが、部屋のユニットバスがカビだらけなのに驚いた。ユニットバスの洗面も水垢だらけで、とても使う気にならない。ここはアルコール飲み放題の夕食バイキングが売りなのだろうが、そんなものよりも、宿としても必要最低条件の清潔感や滞在する安心感を最優先すべきである。経営者は客室に入ったことがないのだろいうが・・・。大浴場の掃除が十分でなく、目地が汚れているのも同様。せっかくいい湯なのに、この地への冒涜である。
