KINGDOM HOLIDAY PARK - Parrot

So I have tried to contact the owner off this caravan since are stay via the watts app number provided. As on arrival I went to go in the caravan and the steps going in tipped up on my and hurt my back badly. This then made it so the rest of the holiday was done for me .as I had damaged my back bad as they were not secure to the ground or van. On coming out of the caravan the steps yet again tipped up when I held the rail . I do have issues with my mobility.so I need to use a rail so putting any light pressure and it tip .to the side or backwards. Other caravan owners so this and could not believe how dangerous it was. Also the bed you could feel every spring .so having a bad back I had to sleep on the fitted sofa for a week.nit as a bed as a sofa . There was also issues with pillow to old ones shoved into one case. The duvet see through. Pan handle got very hot. NO SAFETY IN THIS VAN .

Most of the van apart from it was clean

No hand soap only one toilet roll for the price we was paid is absolutely shocking area outside poor condition

Would have been nice to have had information on recycling our refuse and local ammeneties but overall it was great and our grandchildren had a fabulous time

It was a beautiful location and the caravan was really clean , we thoroughly enjoyed it. The beach is literally around the corner, there is also a ski bar with 3 mins walking. There was a cafe on the beach cliff, that did amazing sandwiches. The Carvan was in a quite spot, didn't really here any noise and we were able to use our mobile as a hot spot. We would definitely visit again 🙂

Only thing that would have made it better was a proper table and chairs with parasol, as it can be very sunny in the morning and on an evening and would be nice to be able to do a bbq outside. Otherwise, it really was a great place to stay and in a perfect location.

A very clean and tidy place to stay in a great location. The ski bar cafe serves good food with a good view of the lake .

TOO HARD TO GET THE HEATING BOILER WORKING SEEM TO BE A 15 MIN DELAY TILL YOU SEE IF IT HAS STARTED

After a 6 and a half hour journey,we where quickly disappointed and frustrated.After arriving we saw may issues with the main one being no gas,so absolutely no heat,no hot water and no way of cooking.The owner made no attempt to rectify the problem and just replied with half arse answers with no real help.We had no way to dry our clothes after the rain and no way to make any hot food.By the most disappointing trip ,left early will not recomend anyone to stay in this horrible caravan.
