Carpets needed a good clean
GBGood facilities for cooking, comfortable and warm. Plenty of hot water, and had to use central heating due to getting extremely wet one day. Nice location not far away from the beach and shops.
No instructions on how to get the electric fire to work. Tv was a nightmare for getting a signal, this really needs to be addressed, as when bad weather you can’t get any signal. Poor aerial set up. No privacy from windows, as opposite a playground and bin areas. Really needs some sort of net curtains. Would have been nice to have some sort of games/ books left for people staying to use when bad weather. Seems expensive for what was available, and lack of a Wi-Fi, which we were aware of.

The sofas and carpets need to be washed; there's a lot of dust. My son's asthma came back in this caravan. There was no vacuum cleaner at all. I borrowed one from a woman to vacuum the whole caravan thoroughly. There's a playground, and the entire wall is smeared with detergent. The children's shoes were all black, and it's impossible to clean them, and everything from there wears out.
