"Not coming again to this hotel."

Location. Security.

The ac stopped working the 2nd night. The tv had no cable connection. The reception literally chucked us out by 10.45 a.m. in spite of my request to consider for another hour as our flight was at 3.30 pm. and it was too early to leave

Hygiene and cleanliness , courteous staff

Lack of restaurant , small beds and small elevator of only 3 person carrying capacity at a time. TV was not working but it didn't matter anyway.
