"Disappointed and pathetic service"

There is no understanding between booking.com request and hotel ameya. The staff was very rude they didn't even know they received booking from booking.com Once we reached there they got to know about it. Even after informing staff was not knowing our check in time. Staff was making chaos with us and finally give room after so much of discussion I won't recommend this place to anyone especially senior citizens who travelled from long journey and reach late night in hotel I am very disappointed with service
