Location, cleanliness and comfortable beds.

No bedside lamp in the second bedroom. Was told people damage them hence no lamp but they could easily install wall lamps above the two beds. Very inconvenient with a two year old child that didn’t want the room in darkness when going to sleep.

I like how easy it is to deal with the property owners and that nothing is ever a bother for them.

The rooms don't really cater for my mum and her walker, but we always manage. The beds on wheels make it difficult for her to get in to bed at times because the bed moves and the bathroom doesn't allow her to take her walker in to next to the shower
