The parking lot was well lit and there were security cameras everywhere.

Everything. The check-in staff was rude and unprofessional, the lobby smelled like a bathroom, the room was dirty, floors were sticky, the security guard (kind though he was) was in the room to make sure the TV worked despite us NOT asking for that, the signage in the lobby made it feel like a motel where rooms are used for an hour or less, the light in the vanity area burned out, and as much bleach as I smelled on the linens, there were still hairs and gunk in them. The outlets were loose and the A\C outlet was a full on hole in the wall. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything in the room so we took it with us and then decided to leave a full day earlier and drive home after our event just to NOT stay there another night. I have NO clue why this motel got a “pleasant” rating on booking.com.

The room smelled amazing.the beds was really comfortable.easy access to Emory hospital which is my reason for staying.

The bathroom door didn't shut. And the TV remote didn't work the TV.
