I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before. I like it’s central location between Midtown and Buckhead. The staff have often been friendly and pleasant. They have often been helpful when I needed them. There are always toiletries and fluffy towels in the bathroom. I loved the fridge and microwave, which enables me to keep snacks and drinks during my stay. The hotel is set among green leafy trees and a meadow.

The hotel rooms really need updating, with new carpeting, painting and furniture.

I loved the half sized fridge and the microwave. I liked being given bar soap for bathing. I liked the friendly helpful service. I liked the free parking and the Colonnade restaurant next door!

The room was fine, but a little bit of an update would be nice. The furniture and carpeting were, while serviceable, in a rather worn state.

The quick check-in process and the ability of parking in front of the room

The room was in very poor condition, there was dirt, dust and other 'crumbs' all around the room and on the furniture. There were traces of mold in the bathroom, the room phone was filthy and didn't work, the wifi was poor and spotty, and someone sat on the steps in the middle of the night and started taking drugs until he collapsed. It was very loud and it felt as though he was in the room with us. There were security cars in the parking lot, but no one was in them (they had flat tires) and when we tried calling the hotel about the situation, no one answered or called us back. The woman at the reception seemed unimpressed when I did finally get to inform her.
