Room was clean.

Driveway could use some upkeep.

Location near NRG was good

Location was excellent. Walking distance to NRG.

The room was filthy. Couch had dark, smelly stains. Sheets had stains. Black mold in the bathroom. Outlets were broken and dirty. TV did not work. Damage everywhere that had not been repaired. The door frame had been redone, with mismatched paint, you could tell it had been kicked in and not repaired properly. Did not feel safe.

Bed and sheets were clean. Location to NRG was walkable.

Lack of English speaking staff. Disgusting sofa covered in stains. Outlets falling out of the wall. Shower towels were sandpaper and more like hand towels. Asked for extra towels, took 3 people to understand what we wanted, only to tell us they had no more.

Close to event

Not as advertised. In a questionable area. Used over half of the parking for event that they rented for non-paying guests
