Cruise itinerary is subject to change, according to the weather conditions. Please note that the trip between your hotel in Hanoi and Tuan Chau Marina, Halong Bay is a 3.5-hour drive. Transfers from Halong Bay to your hotel in Hanoi will arrive at the hotel at approximately 17:00. A 48-hour advance registration is required. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers under Special Requests box. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parent's passport, must be accompanied by said parent. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. === Shuttle bus services between Hanoi's Old Quarter and Halong are available at a surcharge. Pick-up location – at any hotel within Hanoi’s Old Quarter Area only Pick-up time from Hanoi – between 7:45 and 8:30 Drop-off time in Hanoi – between 16:30 and 17:00 Private car transfers are also available upon request. Kindly contact the property directly using the Special Requests box when booking, or contacting the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. === Guests with any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian resources, food allergies, religious restrictions, etc.) are requested to inform the cruise before departure. === Late check-in will incur an extra charge of USD 100. Guests who arrive late will be brought to the cruise ship by a private tender boat. === Please note last disembarkation from the cruise ship is at 13:00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
