The check in counter is open from 11:00am – 12:15 pm at Halong International Port (Sungroup) === Embarkation time at 12:30PM Disembarkation time at 10:30 am === Guests’ passport information must be submitted 24 hours prior to cruise check in date for overnight registration. Kindly send the property these information: full name, date of birth, passport number, nationality, gender, special note/allergy. Failure to make overnight registration prior departure date will not be allowed to entrance cruise === The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. === Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change without prior notice due to weather and operation conditions. === Please note round trip bus transfer comes with additional charge. Pick up points: - Private transfers offer pick-up at any hotel within Hanoi city. - Shuttle bus transfers offer pick-ups at our point The Pink House 29B Phan Dinh Phung str, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. Guests can present from 8.00AM to 8.30AM and enjoy light breakfast. The bus will leave at 8.30am – 8.45am. Please note that the coffee shop open at 07:00AM. Guests are advised to arrive at the shop no later than 08:45AM. === Wifi access is not strong and always available on the cruise because of the mountainous location.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required.
