The sauna was good, as well as location and views from the windows.

Our stay did not meet the expected standards of accommodation and service. The check-in was delayed by one hour. The host informed us at 14:21, when we were already on the way, and we only saw the message upon arrival at 15:00. As a result, we were forced to wait outside in cold conditions until approximately 16:00 (we entered around 15:55–15:57). Upon entry, the property was inadequately heated and unprepared for guests, which is a basic requirement, especially for a water house. During the stay, there was a power outage, and we had to contact the host and resolve the issue ourselves via the electrical panel. This indicates a lack of proper maintenance and guest support. Additionally, the hot water supply was insufficient. It ran out during use, requiring time for the boiler to reheat, which disrupted normal use of the facilities. The lock on the door was not functioning properly, and we had to sleep with an unlocked door, which raised serious concerns about basic safety. Furthermore, the towels and bathrobes had an unpleasant, strange smell, which does not meet basic hygiene standards expected for accommodation. After raising these issues, the host disputed our feedback and claimed that we arrived 30 minutes later than the original check-in time, which is incorrect. We arrived on time and only entered the property once access was provided after the delay. Although a one-hour late check-out was offered, it does not compensate for the multiple service failures and inconvenience experienced. Overall, the accommodation was not provided in a condition that could reasonably be expected based on the listing and standard hospitality practices. We cannot recommend this property.
