Cozy Floating house with sauna

Overall, the place is beautiful and unique. I got what I wanted — the experience of staying overnight in a floating house. I was choosing between spending a night on a yacht in another location or this floating house. I can say that a house is still a house, even on the water. Besides the gentle rocking, you won’t really feel like you're on a boat. It has the same furniture and windows as a normal house. So be clear about what you’re expecting. It’s a great place for some quiet time. There are lots of peaceful paths by the sea and in the forest. There are even a few small restaurants nearby, but getting to a supermarket takes some effort. Luckily, there’s a place to park scooters nearby, and sometimes they’re available to ride to the store.

There are not many power outlets. The mattress is very soft — maybe even too soft, in my opinion. The door to the deck didn’t open properly. I could open it just a little for ventilation, but I couldn’t fully open or slide it to go outside, no matter what I tried. The hosts don’t recommend using tap water for drinking or cooking. They provide one free 1.5-liter bottle of drinking water. Keep that in mind.

The house was very nice and clean. The wood-sauna was excellent after a long day of walking around. The host was very kind and accomodating. I would really recommend this, if you don’t want to stay in the city centre.

What a serene way to spend a night! The host was very communicative and the house was as advertised. It has all of the amenities, is extremely clean and comfortable and the views are fabulous. Having the sauna on the boat was so fun and I would definitely stay again. It’s a quick 15 min uber into old town and there is a great coffee shop just off the dock.

It would have been nice to have one more chair for sitting out front and it is accessed through pier D, not G. I would definitely recommend this spot!

A great option right by the sea with a sauna – everything is new, modern, and comfortable. The added convenience of self-check-in at any time makes the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
