"Very poor"

Great location, pool and surrounding area is beautiful. Have a book library which is also great.

No fridge in room, no mosquito net, with the room I picked the glass doors meant no privacy unless the curtains closed, and they had gaps so lots of mosquitoes got in every day. I ended up checking out one night early to go somewhere else (even though this cost me more money) because i hadn't slept in 2 nights due to mosquitoes. There is alot alot of noise/music until around 11:30pm. Room overpriced for what it is.

"Quiet get away in central Canggu. Top location & great service. Will stay again."

Absolutely brilliant place and excellent customer service! Not only were we upgraded to the best villa but also staff took care of all our needs and kept the place super tidy. Despite the central location, where everything you need is within walking distance, the site remains quiet and is soothing for your mind after the whole day out. Will defo stay again.

WiFi could work better, but 4G connection solves this easily.

Loved the bath and outdoor shower! Could have been thoroughly cleaned a bit better as I took baths every night. Location was prime, in the heart of canggu and directly across from Penny Lane!

Carpet needs to be vacuumed

Very clean rooms, cleaned everyday, water & clean towels provided daily, pool quiet & more than less private, central location, staff when available very nice.

Wifi only ok. Can be loud at night if you are not out partying.

Right in the middle of Canggu which is super convenient and nice and quiet.

I stayed here many years ago and it's been upgraded since, so has the price. I was really excited about the spa and so was our 10 year old. We filled it up and no hot water at all. It was hard to work out how to turn it on the spa jets and then worked out it had been re-wired with a manual switch. Once we got in I felt sharp pain in some minor reef cuts I had on my feet. I quickly realised the water had an electrical current through it and we quickly got out. I tried to tell staff but no one understood. Apart from the minor electrocution we love our stay.
