A convenient location in Canggu. A quiet pool and lounge area. Got a free upgrade.

WiFi was extremely bad. Location can be very loud at night as bars are all along the street.

Great location, awesome pool and big rooms.

The only thing I liked was the location, which was right in the middle of Canggu action. Everything was near by and within walkable distance.

Ok, for starters, this was definitely not a Villa, as the name suggests. The room I got, was the one reachable from a stone pathway behind the main building, unlike the other ones directly accessible. Maybe the others are different, but this room had extreme humidity, the A/C could not get the room cool even at full power and left running the whole day and night. Room was dirty in general, nothing extreme, but dirty nonetheless. Bathroom only had two windowed doors that opened/closed "western saloon" style. So, no sound-proofing and no privacy at all due to the windows. There were no blinds or curtains or anything else. Also, no ventilation. Shower was not working properly but this was fixed from the staff after I told them. Bathroom was in general a very uncomfortable space, as it was always humid, stuffy and with no air circulation. I had to ask them for toilet paper, they didn't replenish it themselves. I mean ok, no big deal, but you cannot call yourself a villa if you do not pay attention to those details. Wooden floor on some part of the room was broken/cracking/not steady. I was kind of afraid to step on that area in general. Overall, not recommended

The gardens and pools were great . The room size was large . Aircon worked well .

The rooms are old and need a decent clean, we were there for 5 days and the floor was never cleaned, nor the bathroom mirror, nor anything in the kitchen area . There was nothing in the kitchen - we had to ask for a jug and cups . The jug was disgusting and we didn’t use it . The toilet and seat were dirty and need to be cleaned / replaced . The toilet paper was never restocked and we had to ask for more . The internet was pretty bad . It seemed as tho the few staff that were there had zero interest in the place - except for the Gardner !

Location, pools and gardens.

The bathroom needed minor refurbishment. New toilet or remove stains and replace seat. Replace or repair taps. Only one working. Remove stain from bath. Clean windows. Replace broken window glass pane. New mirror. Intensive clean of floor tiles.

Excellent location, in the heart of all the action we really enjoyed our time here. Staff were helpful and friendly and the villas, pools and ground’s were cleaned daily and kept in excellent condition.

WiFi was hot and cold but not the villa’s fault all of Canggu was bad with connectivity
